Parting Thoughts and Images from Fountain Hills

To the left is a view we enjoyed while on a walk with KB and Dale's darling matriarchal bowser, Toby.

KB models a Fountain Hills t-shirt she hopes RBK will buy from Walgreen's.  That didn't quite work out.

Toby is contented and quiet for a Jack Russell terrier except when another dog walks by, but that is, of course, to be expected as it is her appointed duty.  I love how she waits by the door, leash dangling, sometimes even falling asleep until it's walk time.  Toby has two beds in the condo and makes good use of both of them and it's no surprise that she likes to announce the bedtime hour for everyone present.

KB and Dale have a lovely patio on which we enjoyed a cannoli after dinner at the beauifully-set dining table below.  They've worked hard for several months making their new condo the perfect spot from which to escape harsh Michigan winters.  The guest suite is themed in Native American style and was meticulously prepared for our arrival, down to flowers and various soaps and personal care items from her salon.   It truly is a reflection of KB's creativity and gracious presence.
